The aim is to develop knowledge for the reduction of inequalities in health, supporting the participation and involving the different Member States, regions, and different stakeholders to tackle the socioeconomic inequalities in health.
To make this happen, the area exchanges learning and supports the development of effective actions to tackle the inequalities at a European level.
This initiative is part of the strategies of the Health Ministry of Spain.
